Marl%C3%A8ne Jobert

Marlne Jobert is a French actress, singer and author.

Jobert was born in Algiers, Algeria, to a Sephardic Jewish PiedNoir family, the daughter of Andre Azoulay and Charles Jobert, who served in the French Air Force. She came to Metropolitan France when aged eight. Besides acting, she has been the author andor narrator of audio books. She also has written a series of books which cautiously lead on to the appreciation of classical music, e.g. of Mozart, Chopin, and Tchaikovsky.
